What makes Susanna Rachel different?


We focus on statement bridal pieces beyond the traditional gown — think after-party dresses, city ceremony looks, and unforgettable engagement outfits. Our designs are produced in limited quantities to keep each piece special.

Where are your dresses designed?

All Susanna Rachel pieces are thoughtfully designed in-house by Susanna herself with a focus on craftsmanship, silhouette, and modern femininity. Once all designs and samples are created by Susanna, our limited ready to wear collection is manufactured by a female run design house in China and then quality checked back in our Dubai HQ before being shipped to any customer.

Bridal Styling Tips

When should I order my second dress?

We recommend ordering at least 8–12 weeks before your event to allow time for delivery and any tailoring if needed.

Do I need alterations?

As with most bridal wear, minor tailoring may be required for a perfect fit. We recommend working with a trusted local seamstress.

What size should I buy?

Size & Fit

Will you restock sold-out styles?

Due to our limited-run model to keep our dresses exclusive, not all styles will not be restocked. Once they’re gone, they might be gone for good! However, please email us for pre order enquires or for dresses out of stock and we will do our best to help you.

Can I customise a dress?

At this time, we do not offer custom alterations or bespoke modifications on our Ready to Wear collection.

We do offer a totally bespoke bridal design service one to one with Susanna. Please contact us for more details on the bespoke process.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Will I need to pay customs or duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How should I care for my dress?

We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Always follow the care label instructions.

How should I store my dress before the wedding?

Keep your dress hanging in a breathable garment bag in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight.
