Shipping policy

Each individual order from Susanna Rachel is shipped directly from us to you. 

Our stringent quality controls every element of your Dress creation, from fabric sourcing, pattern cutting to packaging the final product and overseeing the shipping. 

Order Processing for ready to wear collection.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. For any clients that require express orders please contact us to discuss this. Where possible we will try our best to meet your individual needs. 

For pre order or made-to-order styles, production timelines will be clearly outlined prior to purchase. Please allow additional time where noted.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.


  • Domestic Orders: 2–5 business days

  • International Orders: 5–10 business days

Delivery times do not include processing or production time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery cost and time:

We deliver worldwide with full tracking and express courier. Shipping costs range depending on location but generally sit around 50-80 USD for worldwide shipping. 

We use DHL, UPS & Aramex for International deliveries, they are very quick and reliable. You will be provided with a tracking number. Shipping can take between 3-10 business days depending on location, and signature will be required upon delivery.

Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. It is illegal to not declare the contents of your parcel. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. Packaging and Presentation:

All our items are packed by us before collection by the courier. 

We carefully pack all our dresses, robes and veils in breathable strong boxes, wrapped in non transferable tissue paper.
